The Morris K. and Stewart L. Udall Undergraduate Scholarship
The Udall Foundation is committed to increasing awareness of the importance of the nation’s natural resources. Scholarships honor sophomores and juniors who have an impressive track record in environmental issues – from environmental writing or theater, to environmental policy or science. The scholarship provides funding for the junior or senior year.
The Morris K. and Stewart L. Udall Foundation awards $5,000 scholarships to undergraduates who intend to pursue careers related to the environment, or who are Native American and intend to pursue careers in Native American health care or tribal policy. Once you are familiar with the questions, be prepared to complete and submit the application in one sitting by having the following materials ready in advance:
- Unofficial UConn transcript & any grade reports from other institutions
- Contact information for recommenders
- 1-2 pp resume
- Polished & edited essays and well-crafted answers to questions (you may copy & paste)
